More Fallout From Closing Practices

After Mike Irwin's rant yesterday, Nate Allen writes a more impassioned argument this morning for why closing practices are bad for the media and the fans...but not the big money boosters. So I guess the reports from the spring that Mike and Nate were the most upset at HDN about this new policy were true.

The bigger question is...will this affect their reporting of the program? Based on the emotion Mike is showing, it sure seems like no breaks will be afforded to HDN for a while. And for those of us who feel like the local media isn't tough enough on Houston, that could be a welcome change.
